Privacy Policy

Our data processing practices are built on transparency and editorial security.

1. Data Minimization

We only ingest data necessary for the automation of your newsroom. This includes editorial snippets, whitelisted emails, and secondary metadata required for publication.

2. Editorial Silos

Your editorial data is siloed. No two organizations share the same neural processing pool, ensuring your tone and leaks stay within your network.

3. Zero-Sale Commitment

We are a SaaS platform, not an ad network. We have zero interest in selling your editorial leads to third parties. Your news is your capital.

4. Connected Social Accounts

Each organization connects its own social accounts — TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube — through the official OAuth login of each platform. We never ask for, see or store the password of those accounts.

TikTok. When a user connects a TikTok account we request the scopes user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish. From user.info.basic we read only the account's open ID, display name, avatar and its current posting settings, and we use them for one purpose: to show the author, before publishing, exactly which TikTok account the content will go to and which privacy and interaction options that account allows. Access and refresh tokens are stored on our own servers, scoped to the brand that authorized them, reachable only by that organization's authenticated users, and used only to upload or publish the content that the author explicitly schedules. We do not read the account's videos, followers, messages or analytics, we do not post anything the author has not approved, and we never share this data with third parties or use it to train models.

Revoking access. A user can disconnect any account at any time from Connections → Disconnect, which deletes the stored tokens immediately; access can also be revoked from the platform's own settings (on TikTok: Settings → Security and permissions → Apps). Tokens and connection data are deleted within 30 days of disconnection or of the account being closed.
