1. Digital Governance
By utilizing the Newsroom AI stack, you agree to adhere to strict editorial standards. All automated outputs must be vetted by a human editor before distribution.
2. System Access
Access is restricted to authorized entities whitelisted by the system administrator. Credentials must not be shared across non-distributed nodes.
3. Liability
Newsroom AI provides the pipeline; users retain full liability for the content generated and published via our automated workers.
4. Connected Platforms
Newsroom AI publishes to social platforms — TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube — on behalf of the accounts that each organization connects itself, through the official OAuth login of each platform. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to operate, and your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and community guidelines — including, for TikTok, its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for the content you publish through those connections, for disclosing commercial or branded content where the platform requires it, and for holding the rights to any music, image or footage you include. We publish nothing that an authorized user of your organization has not explicitly scheduled or approved, and you can revoke any connection at any time from Connections → Disconnect.
